Our Head Ice Cream Slinger, Josh, is the face behind @eatsgonewild on Instagram, where he shared reviews of local restaurants, snacks, and most importantly, ice cream. After tasting and reviewing nearly 300 different pints, his love for the craft led him to make his own. What began as curiosity quickly became an obsession, and he dove headfirst into the world of ice cream, eventually developing his signature style—no hoed pints.

Driven by a deep passion for food, Josh creates bold, thoughtful flavor combinations using only the highest quality ingredients. His creations quickly captured the attention of ice cream lovers online and, soon after, a devoted following in Houston. What started as a passion project has since grown into an award-winning ice cream company. While Underground Creamery still struggles to keep up with demand, Josh is intentionally growing the business, one pint at a time, so more people can experience what makes it so special.
